To redeem a voucher
  1. Sign into CertCentral or create a CertCentral account. Do this first or the voucher fails.
  2. Click the link. Complete the next steps while the code link is valid. Navigating away can render the code link invalid.
  3. The link brings you to the Reissue certificate page. Reissue your certificate on this page.
  4. Before you submit your order, check the message at the top of the page and Payment Information field.
    1. A successful transaction displays that voucher code is applied successfully.
    2. An unsuccessful transaction displays a price. Make sure you are still signed into CertCentral and try again from step 2. If the code continues to fail, contact DigiCert support <support@digicert.com>.
